# Bharat Gupta

I'm a tech generalist, more aptly described as "Jack of all trades, and mastering the art of learning".
I'm an engineer based in the SF Bay Area and love building things. Over the years I've utilized to AI to help others learn new skills, a platform cool enough to get acquired. I also helped create tooling at Amazon so that you don't loose packages. And in my free time dabbled with making drones fly autonomously.
Along with my band of agents, I now try to find interesting and impactful problems to solve, or just tinker around with Raspi or arduinos.

Full Stack Developer & Tech Lead

Joined as engineer #6 and helped evolve Uplimit from an early-stage product into an enterprise-ready learning platform, supporting 2x revenue growth and multi-fold client growth. Led a cross-functional team in re-architecting the core editor platform, building reusable infrastructure for course authoring and AI-native experiences across the product. Built a context-driven learning approach for Uplimit’s AI Coach, enabling real-time, personalized guidance for students.

### GuruQ

Full Stack Freelancer

Worked across the stack to build and expand features on mobile and web. The App has over 100K downloads on the Android app store and has over 300K Students and 35K Tutors. The product was built using React Native, React, NestJS, GraphQL, Apollo, PostgreSQL and AWS.

### Amazon

SDE Intern

Worked on mobile/web app and backend services used by Amazon associates in Amazon fulfillment centers. Orchestrated end-to-end development of features from communication with stakeholders to deployment. Also rebuilt the team's CI/CD pipeline to improve developer productivity. Used React, React Native, Java, Ruby and AWS.

SDE Intern

Developed the entire web platform in Next.js. The web app serves as their main product and sees 100K MAU. Also created gateway services for easier client-side integration. Used React, Next.js and Swagger.
